Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Healthy and delicious banana bread for breakfast!

Ingredients 
100 ml olive oil 
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed 
3/4 cups light brown sugar
2 cups flour 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
2/3 cups walnuts finely chopped
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 

Directions 
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180ºC). Grease and flour 8x4 inches loaf pan.

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, set aside.

In a large bowl whisk olive oil, eggs and bananas mashed. Then add flour mixture in three times with a rubber spatula. Add walnuts and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into loaf pan, bake for about 45 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool in a wire rack.
