Nutella Swirled Pumpkin Bread

 

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
2 medium eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla paste
1/2 cup Nutella

Directions
Preheat the oven at 350ºF (180ºC). Position rack in the middle of the oven. Grease and flour an 8x4 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl whisk together, the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and fresh nutmeg, until combined.

In a large bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, olive oil, milk and vanilla until just combined. Then add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, until just incorporated, it is really important not to over mix in order to get good result.

Heat the Nutella in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and drizzle half of the Nutella along the batter, take and knife and swirl the Nutella into the batter. Pour the remaining batter and the Nutella on top and swirl again.

Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
Let cool for about 10 minutes in a wire rack before transfer to a cake stand or a plate.
